The painted aluminum coil for license plates is made of aluminum alloy and anti-oxidation treatment coating. The main metallic material used in the production of license plates are pure aluminum and painted aluminum, with an aluminum content of no less than 99.6%. It also needs to undergo oxidation treatment or resin coating. Additionally, a reflective film is applied to the surface of the license plate to meet the requirements for light reflection. After being processed, the motor vehicle license plate will not rust as long as there is no damage.

The painted aluminum coil for license plates should meet the following requirements:

a) The aluminum coil for license platessubstrate should be made of aluminum and comply with the provisions of GB/T3880.1. The aluminum content should be no less than 99.6%.

b) The mechanical properties of the aluminum coil for license plate should comply with the provisions of GB/T3880.2. The tensile strength should be between 80MPa and 120MPa, and the non-proportional elongation strength should not be less than 60MPa. The elongation after fracture when the initial gauge distance is 50mm should be not less than 6%.

c) The pre painted aluminumfor license platematerial should be subjected to oxidation treatment or resin coating on at least one side, with the thickness of the oxidation layer or coating being between 5 μm and 8 μm. Large vehicle rear license plates and trailer license plates should be made of aluminum material with a minimum thickness of 1.2mm, while other license plates should be made of aluminum material with a minimum thickness of 1.0mm.

The painted aluminum coil for license plates of motor vehicle need to meet the specific requirements mentioned above. The main metallic material is aluminum with an aluminum content of no less than 99.6%. It is then treated with anti-oxidation coating or resin coating, and a reflective film is added. Finally, the motor vehicle license plates are produced.
