Series 1000 aluminium sheet: grades of 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, good formability and surface treatment, and its corrosion resistance is the best among aluminum alloys. Because it is pure aluminum, its strength is lower, and the higher the purity, the lower its strength.
2000 series-AL x Cu series aluminium sheet, 2014, 2024 have high heat resistance, high strength, but poor corrosion resistance, good low and high temperature characteristics, and excellent welding properties.
3000 series-AL x Mn series aluminium sheet, 3003, 3004, 3014, 3105, good formability, weldability, and corrosion resistance. Convenient processing and good rust prevention. Good heat dissipation performance and welding performance.
5000 series-AL x Mg series aluminium sheet, 5052, 5083, 5086, 5454, 5754. Good workability, weldability, corrosion resistance, good finishing after anodizing, good formability, especially high fatigue strength, seawater resistance Good sex.
The most widely used 6000 series grades of aluminium sheet are 6061 and 6063 alloys. The alloys have the advantages of medium strength, high corrosion resistance, no stress corrosion cracking tendency, good welding performance, unchanged corrosion performance of the welding zone, good formability and process performance, etc.
