The application of aluminum-magnesium-manganese sheet metal roofing is more common. First, the cost of roofing is reduced and cost-effective; second, its advantages are becoming more and more prominent. However, two different grades of aluminum roofing sheet 3003 and 3004, appeared in the sales market. The aluminum-magnesium-manganese plate alloy aluminum sheet is all made into metal roofing by introducing overseas raw materials. The thickness of this aluminium roofing sheet is 1.0mm, the tensile strength is 300Mpa, the tensile strength is not less than 10%, and the composition is magnesium. The content of manganese is between 1.2-1.5, and the content of manganese is between 1.3-1.5. They are basically made of hot-rolled billets and then undergo quenching and tempering treatment to ensure the physical properties of the raw materials.
Aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy plate materials in aluminium roofing sheet factory are mainly divided into two types: AA3003 and AA3004, AA3003 is softer, and AA3004 is harder. In my country, most of the current aluminum-magnesium-manganese sheet metal roofs have a thickness of 0.9mm, and the aluminum-magnesium-manganese roof panel grade: 3004. The tensile strength of the raw material is 265σb (Mpa), which is 2.5 times the compressive strength of the general aluminum alloy sheet. Generally, aluminum alloy plate is 3 times that of stainless steel plate. In terms of price, the same aluminum plate grade 3003 is lower than the grade 3004, and the production and processing of the control panel is much easier.
