Regarding specifications, we combine standardized production with customized adaptations, taking into account mainstream export demands and differences in PCB production scenarios. The standard thickness of lubricant aluminium drilling entry sheets ranges from 0.15~0.3mm, with 0.2mm being the most commonly used export specification, balancing rigidity and flexibility. Widths are compatible with internationally recognized sizes such as 1220mm, 1240mm, and 1500mm, and lengths can be cut to order, with a maximum custom length of 6000mm, meeting the roll or sheet requirements of different PCB production lines. Strict tolerance control is implemented, with thickness tolerance ≤ ±0.005mm, flatness ≤ 0.02mm/m, and perpendicularity deviation ≤ 2mm. It fully complies with international environmental standards such as RoHS and REACH, meeting the production requirements of high-end overseas PCB manufacturers. Third, the surface treatment technology involves electrolytic polishing of the substrate surface, achieving a roughness ≤0.8μm, reducing friction during drilling and improving the adhesion stability of the oil layer. This also balances heat dissipation and rust prevention, meeting the moisture and rust protection requirements of long-distance sea transport.
